8/5/2026 Our inverter system crashed in the height of summer. Sam and Julian took out the old system and installed a new one in one day...even with periodic heavy rain interruptions. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!! We highly recommend Comfort Home Heating & Cooling. Our water heater and boiler were taking up lots of space so Sam reconfigured the sytem to save space and made additional changes that made the system more efficient. Sam and his colleague came out during the heatwave, within about 30 minutes of my reaching out. They investigated the system, found the trouble, and fixed it promptly. We have separate systems for the ground floor (which was broken) and the sleeping floor. I foolishly told them not to check the second floor system that day. Within a week, I changed my mind: the first system was low on refrigerant, which made it seem as if the second might also need some attention. It was truly a pleasure working with Sam and Julian. I called Sam and he came out to our house the next day. We had an old, ailing HVAC that was running up our electricity bills. Sam gave us the option of either fixing the old HVAC or replacing it. We decided to replace the old HVAC for a new one based of our own accord.
