Sam and his colleague came out during the heatwave, within about 30 minutes of my reaching out. They investigated the system, found the trouble, and fixed it promptly. It was truly a pleasure working with Sam and Julian. I called Sam and he came out to our house the next day. We had an old, ailing HVAC that was running up our electricity bills. Sam gave us the option of either fixing the old HVAC or replacing it. We decided to replace the old HVAC for a new one based of our own accord.
