We couldn't be happier with our new gas insert fireplace! It was an absolute pleasure working with Rob (office) and Chuck (managed installation) and their team. They helped us through the selection process and patiently answered all of our many questions. Installation day went smoothly and we've used the fireplace almost non-stop over the past weeks. Pricing was comparable to other professional vendors. I highly recommend this company!
Awful company. They installed the wrong insert, my insert broke & I have been trying to get ahold of them since January but have gotten no calls back. Spent thousands of dollars, I deserve a returned call. Terrible company.
I am a 2 time customer and will never go back, the 1st time they were great. I don't know what changed but they are not true to their word. My new wood stove, rattles my chimney leaks and the stove is rusting already after 6 months of owning it. They won't return my calls not at all. Buyer please beware...and I referred people to them to.... sad.
Installed my daughters fireplace insert incorrectly, caused a chimney fire. Chuck will absolutely not return their calls. They called a dozen times before the fire because they didn't think it was correct. DO NOT do business with this coward.
