My experience with comfort furniture was abysmal. The owner is rude, kept us waiting all day. Carl is his name. Very bad experience with the delivery. His helper was polite. Wouldn’t buy anything there ever again. If I could give lower than one I would.

Went in and bought a new living room set, very happy! Customer service is phenomenal, a lot of places will try to pressure you into things but I didn’t get that feeling at all here. Will definitely be back!

The best service I’ve ever gotten. I needed a box spring the same day and Karl the worker there went out of his way to come back after closing hours for me and give me the box spring I needed. Best service i’ve ever received!!

Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff associate. Answered all my questions, educated me on the product. He was very personable and professional. I felt this was a business I could trust for quality and price. Thank you for making my son’s birthday!
