My father inlaw been trying to contact them for 2 days and all the voicemail boxes are full he's in his 70s and don't want to go to the office when it below zero to complain about his furnace comfort heating in augusta Installed 4 years ago and all he wants is to have a good working furnace like he paid thousands to have but now he's sitting in a chair freezing his testies off

I have been trying to connect with this company for 4 days and no response back. No returned emails or calls. I even used the book an appointment option and they never showed or called me. If they are busy they could at least let me know.

My furnace didn't come on after a 35 degree night so I called and spoke to Roland. He was between appointments and came right over. There was a loose wire in my smart thermostat and he had it fixed very quickly! I highly recommend Comfort Heating for their service over and above!!!
