Nick and Anthony came to our house to fix something that had caused our heat to not work. Everything is working well now -- they truly took their time and were very thorough. They were both so courteous, efficient, and kind (and true champs for ignoring the barking of our two yappy dogs!). It was such a joy to have them and we feel so well taken care of by your business. Only needed one small part. They tried to charge me 160 bucks for a 12 dollar part. I didn’t even need them to come to my house or anything. I can do it myself. Found the part for 15 bucks at another place. Would not recommend getting ripped off
We've been waiting to be put on the schedule, finally get a call back....the salesman Logan does not talk to customers very nice, says somehow our order "slipped thru the cracks" then accuses me of having an attitude and he just doesn't deal with attitudes and he actually told me his company doesn't need the work... Well ok then I'll let the whole landlord association not to use this company for anything...not even a service call on any of our many rentals
Professional service, fair and honest. Reached out to them after trying to lock on services with a previous local company that I would always use. Waited for them to call me back after they said they would twice over three weeks. Gave up on them. After deciding to try Comfort Heating, I called them up to assist with damages after the storm, they came by that week, provided a quote for what we needed and installed the new unit within two weeks.
