What wonderful after-installation service I recieved. I had a Comfort Heat system installed , and the time finally came to switch it on. After a bit of confusion, I contacted Support and the amazing Karli held my hand through every step and question I had. The heating now works flawlessly and my wife is very happy. I strongly regret choosing Comfort Heat. The after-sales service has been consistently poor. Repeated requests for basic support—such as referrals for routine servicing—were met with promises of callbacks that never eventuated. Even when staff acknowledged the issue and committed to follow up, no action was taken. For a company supplying specialised systems with ongoing maintenance requirements, this level of support is simply not acceptable. Reliability shouldn’t end once the system is supplied. The quoting process is straightforward and thorough, and once accepted, the install coordination is seamless.
