Stephanie is the head manager she is the worse person to talk to when there is a situation. My mother nurse called out sick and never had a replacement for the days of her being sick. Stephanie raised her voice at me.I would like to speak to headquarters. I was told by employee Stephanie is rude and dont communicate. She should not be working there at all.
Having a hard time getting a aide, No communication they said I needed more hrs which I been getting 9 hrs a week with the other company I had that company wasn't sending me a aide when my aide calls out what's wrong with these agencies can't get help for us clients my insurance company approved for 45 hrs which I don't need I need help with laundry, vacuum n change my linen and dishes sometimes only need 3hrs for 3days I so sick n tried of these agencies when I was a aide 20yrs ago there was a lots of work for us in all are... read more

Absolutely criminal, negligent behavior!! They leave patients with no coverage, send unqualified staff, extremely rude. When you question them they threaten to send your case back to insurance. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FAMILY!!!
