I can give them two stars because they helped me clean my whole house out. This home health agency is the first one I ever got help with so I thought they were all the same. Never ever ever go here workers are very unprofessional and I had surgery in the middle of July the night before surgery a home health agent came to my house screaming that I treated her like a slave. Stephanie is the head manager she is the worse person to talk to when there is a situation. My mother nurse called out sick and never had a replacement for the days of her being sick. Stephanie raised her voice at me.I would like to speak to headquarters. I was told by employee Stephanie is rude and dont communicate. She should not be working there at all.
Having a hard time getting a aide, No communication they said I needed more hrs which I been getting 9 hrs a week with the other company I had that company wasn't sending me a aide when my aide calls out what's wrong with these agencies can't get help for us clients my insurance company approved for 45 hrs which I don't need I need help with laundry, vacuum n change my linen and dishes sometimes only need 3hrs for 3days I so sick n tried of these agencies when I was a aide 20yrs ago there was a lots of work for us in all are... read more
