Have used Comfort Group for 2 homes and a number of vehicles. Very trustworthy group. Their ducted system has been in place for over 12 months in our new home, and it's great. On their own initiative, they raised the outdoor units above known flood levels as we are on the coast. Washable filters are easily removed. Highly disappointed. Tied our unit in the roof space with duck tape an blue straping band. The blue straping bands let go an the duck tape stretched so it was all sitting on ceiling. Had them back twice an all they did was blame owner of house for touching it. Which he hadn't. Recommend to look else where
