Roman replaced the springs and rollers on my garage door today, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. Not only did he fix the poor installation left by the previous technician, but he clearly explained the issues and offered me several options instead of pushing the expensive one. The price is very reasonable. Excellent service and great attitude. I would absolutely recommend Roman and Comfort Doors to anyone looking for reliable garage door repair.
Easy communication and scheduling. Accurate quote. Our garage door single spring broke and Roman helped us convert to a two spring system which required ordering parts. He was able to assess what was needed and provide a reasonable estimate within 15 minutes over text message. He kept us updated on the delivery of the parts and showed up the night they arrived. Our garage door was unexpectedly broken. Saf was very responsive and professional. He came the same day we called. Saf replaced the springs and got our garage door working even smoother and quieter than before. Firstly, I'm very happy with my purchase of a new door. I had been worried about the safety of my old door. It was making loud noices as it opens and closes.
