Nest thermostat has issues when storms hit and we are unable to control the temps in our home but Comfort First is quick to repair and at no cost to us. Overall great service. Hindsight, we would have went with another thermostat had we known this issue was common with Nest.
I purchased a heating and cooling system through United (company that became Comfort) in July 2018. I also purchased a maintenance plan where they would come out twice a year to check the AC in the Spring and the furnace in the Fall. I have had to remember to call to remind them as they never put me on a schedule. Also a couple of issues identified by techs have not been resolved without many calls to follow up and insure they honor the contract.
