If I could give negative stars, I think it would be appropriate. I have tried to get my AC fixed since 4/2. I am so disappointed in this company's customer service. When they came out they closed off the vents and unhooked the AC unit to prevent leaking and I haven't had AC or heat the past month and a half. The parts are ordered from Kentucky. The staff overall were nice. However, when it came to the warranty info on my new a/c unit they were lacking in sending me the info to sign up for the manufacturer warranty. Four phone calls and one email later I was informed (today) I would get it via email...still waiting! Shouldnt be that difficult?
Have used this company several times for HVAC and hot water heater maintenance/installation. They are always able to get to my issue quickly and seem professional and honest with their services. On a recent visit, Daniel diagnosed and resolved my AC issue quickly and for a fair price.
If I could rate this 0 I would 3 times they came out couldn't get the AC fix coil has a leak in it they never checked it had to call another company to fix it
