I expected my carpets to look fresh after steam cleaning, but they looked almost the same as before. Stains I pointed out were still there, and the overall result was disappointing.
After the service, my entire house smelled musty for days. It seemed like the carpets weren’t dried properly, and the odor was worse than before.
We called for carpet cleaning after a friend recommended this company, and we were really happy with the results! The team was very polite, professional, and paid close attention to detail. They did a fantastic job! We will definitely reach out to them again when we need our carpets cleaned.
