I tried performing annual maintenance on my water heater, causing my circulator pump to become airlocked. Hannah, who answered the phone was polite and easy to speak with. She helped me get Logan, a technician out to my place within an hour of my phone call and he fixed it no problem! They also charge very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company!!
On September they came to inspect my home for a leak. After the visit they assumed it was my sprinkler system and left. After the visit my bathroom started leaking because the screw was left loose and the bathrooms faucet was broken. I reached out to the company and they stated they did not touch my bathroom. Yet I clearly saw them inspect my whole house to try and find a leak. The representative stated that they will not fix it because they did not go into the bathroom yet how do you inspect for a leak? Been using Comfort Experts for years on various jobs - recently had to replace a shut off valve and Kyle was awesome. I highly recommend them!
They were able to come by quickly to fix an urgent issue :)
I had to have my outside faucet in my backyard yard replaced. Two very courteous and knowledgeable young men came to do the work. They explained everything they had to do and cleaned up when they were finished. They did an excellent job I will definitely use them again for future work.
