Garrett Y. was our service technician and came with all the equipment needed to perform our annual Spring tune-up. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional during his time at our home. He has been trained well, with a thorough understanding of all the workings of our HVAC unit, both inside and outside. He also made some recommendations about other services offered to protect our HVAC investment. He was an absolute joy to have in our home and we would love to have him back again.
We've been with comfort experts for nearly 2 decades and have yet to be disappointed. Always professional and courteous, most recently had Zach come out and he was extremely knowledgeable and addressed my concerns.
