Waited 1.5 weeks to be told no one was coming! – I called in over 1.5 weeks ago, I have 5 systems total that I want to put on a service contract, 2 of those systems are down and need service immediately. I also wanted an estimate on a new 6th system. After being told for over a week by Christy, Liz, and Dale that someone would be there, finally today, Dale says there is no way they will get out here.
