Heat pump for <1000sqft home installed for $17000+, broken down twice within 5 years. First service call $500 -- second one I can't even get them to call me back. Maybe that's how these things go, but when I try to get service I leave endless voices messages and no response at all. AVOID.
What a fabulous and enjoyable experience I had dealing with 1click but especially ken szeto who walked me through every step and made the process so easy. He was always there for me I can’t thank him enough
The technician was prompt and clearly explained what he was doing. The job was completed quickly and neatly.
1 Click Heating and Cooling put in my heat pump and a new electrical panel the other day. They did a great job. Didn't waste time. Showed me how to work the heat pump with the remote. Very good customer service.
