I had an appointment for our a/c to be checked. Jeremy showed up and was very friendly. He let me know we had a serious issue going on, that our exhaust pipe had a crack in it. He thoroughly explained everything to me on how it happens. He finished with his original appointment this morning and was also able to come back this afternoon to fix our pipe. They are very professional and I highly recommend them!!

I bought a brand new AC system from this company and they replaced it because the first one didn’t work and the second one didn’t either. I have been in contact with the owner, Jason and he Backed out on two service requests. I definitely do not recommend this company and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Overnight our furnace went out as the blower motor died. Made an early Sunday morning call which was returned at 6:30am Sunday. The Tech came out within a couple of hours. Jeremy was friendly and professional. He replaced the motor and fixed another side issue he noticed. Price was fair and we have heat! Thx and Happy New Year!

We needed a 2nd opinion on our Carrier furnace. The 1st Company used high pressure tactics and frightened the heck out of us regarding carbon dioxide leakage from the Heat Exchanger, and the need to replace it NOW! Not only that, their prices were insane! We called Jason @Comfort Doctors for the 2nd opinion (he was referred to us by Carrier Corp). He came over the same day, squeezing us in on his busy day. The best company to resolve any issue! Our heat went out early morning and they were able to squeeze us in last minute and come out. They were able to fix our current furnace and ensure it was running before they left. Great work! We will continue to have you service our ac/heating year round.
