We just had Comfort Doctor's come out to look at our broken AC. I had called 7 other companies and no one else even responded to me. Jason called me back and came out the same day to assess the situation. We scheduled for repairs, a couple days later, which ended up being rained out. Again Jason was prompt in communicating the same and rescheduling. The technician came out early on our scheduled day and even arrived early. Comfort Doctors did an amazing job. They were always great with communication and on time. The work they did was excellent and the price was very reasonable for everything we had done. 2 new AC units were installed and a new furnace along with some duct work. Highly recommend

I had an appointment for our a/c to be checked. Jeremy showed up and was very friendly. He let me know we had a serious issue going on, that our exhaust pipe had a crack in it. He thoroughly explained everything to me on how it happens. He finished with his original appointment this morning and was also able to come back this afternoon to fix our pipe. They are very professional and I highly recommend them!!

I bought a brand new AC system from this company and they replaced it because the first one didn’t work and the second one didn’t either. I have been in contact with the owner, Jason and he Backed out on two service requests. I definitely do not recommend this company and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
