I love them. There are no words to express my gratitude and love of Dr Rollows and his team of the nicest dental professionals I have ever encountered. I have major anxiety going to the dentist from previous bad experiences w others but going in to have a check up or major oral surgery they always keep me calm and at ease (well as much as I can w my phobia). Efficient, competent and helpful staff, from receptionist to assistant to dentist. A good experience in every way!
Reception and appt setting is a 5. The rest of the experience is not professional. Person came to take me to exam room 15 minutes late. Failed to introduce himself and say who he was. Took almost 25 mins to take xrays. I lost all confidence and left the office before the cleaning.
Tuve una excelente experiencia en esta clínica dental. Desde que llegué, la asistente fue muy amable, respondió todas mis preguntas y me ofreció varias alternativas para mi tratamiento. La doctora también fue muy profesional y cuidadosa. Fui por un problema en una muela y me explicó diferentes opciones para hacerlo más llevadero. En todo momento fueron muy atentas y amables. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar.
