Absolutely terrible customer service. Amber is nothing but a rude and uneducated @&$$I will never return to this office nor will I ever go to this franchise ever. They are trying to charge my insurance for work they did not do
Already wasnt happy with my experience there but then when working on my braces they broke my freaking tooth if there was a 0 i would give them that
This place is incompetent and rude! They clearly have no understanding for customer service. They treated me horribly and acted as if they didn't care at all. The receptionist even yelled at me on the phone! Never again will I take my child there.
Worst experience! Horrible customer service! Don't come here!
