I would not recommend to anyone. I am not on Medicaid (I think their main clientele) and paid out of pocket; my child has been in braces far too long, I have asked for a refund, but it is a no, since they have waited so long I am beyond that point. The office hours are terrible, I have had to miss so much work. They switched the main orthodontist which just seems to have added to the frustration. My recommendation is just to pay the money for far better expertise and service.
I just want to say this specific office is the best team I have ever seen. Everyone is super friendly, professional, and work very well with each other! Very impressive and shouldn’t go unnoticed!
