Had some dental work scheduled that was supposedly approved by my insurance. I was given a quote for what I would owe out of pocket, and I paid that amount after the procedure. Two months later, I received a bill from their billing department for several hundred dollars more for the same work that had already been approved by my insurance. I always enjoy everyone!
Unfortunately, this place is becoming just a money maker. When my husband attempted to find out what was the bill from this office about and stopped by, they refused to discuss it and directed him to Tera who was available just by phone. The phone had an answering machine. So, there was no luck to discuss the bill. Having dental insurance, be aware that simple cleaning (second one during the year) even with no fluoride treatment and without free paste and brush at the end, can be followed by $70 bill after the fact in the ma... read more
