I had a distressing experience with Dr. Dustin Dial at Comfort Dental. I initially went to have a chipped crown repaired, and Dr. Dial recommended placing another crown on it. However, as soon as the numbing wore off, I experienced excruciating pain and noticed a noticeable gap between the crown and my gum line. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that my root was exposed. I returned to Comfort Dental four times in total, seeking resolution to this issue, but unfortunately, they did not take responsibility for the problem. ... read more
i was in there twice , once for a crown and they screewed that up then i went back in and they wanted to do a root canal but there was not enough money left on my insurance, so they pulled the tooth and since they did that im in constant pain ,i would not recommend this place to do anything, if there was a way to sue them i would
