Donna and her team made a custom mattress for our v-berth based on the measurements I provided. When it was delivered, we realized it was too small for the space, so I called her to let her know. Her response was the best customer service experience I have ever had. She sent her team over the very next day to pick up the mattress and create a new template to ensure a perfect fit. We went in to just touch, feel, look, and Che k out mattresses in person. With Covid, I wasn’t sure if that all could happen and we really needed to get a proper mattress done for our boat. It was just a look see. We left a few dollars lighter and a ton happier. Everyone in the store is great, warm, friendly. There was never any pressure to buy and they were very knowledgeable.
