Amazing company! We are very pleased with our custom mattresses and matching yacht bedding. We sleep great on the boat that we got one for our home. Will return for extra sets of custom sheets for our yacht mattresses.
Donna and her team made a custom mattress for our v-berth based on the measurements I provided. When it was delivered, we realized it was too small for the space, so I called her to let her know. Her response was the best customer service experience I have ever had. She sent her team over the very next day to pick up the mattress and create a new template to ensure a perfect fit. We went in to just touch, feel, look, and Che k out mattresses in person. With Covid, I wasn’t sure if that all could happen and we really needed to get a proper mattress done for our boat. It was just a look see. We left a few dollars lighter and a ton happier. Everyone in the store is great, warm, friendly. There was never any pressure to buy and they were very knowledgeable.
