Comfort replaced a split system aircon at one of our investment properties. Excellent to deal with - right from initial call to Brett to his office booking in the job to the crew arriving as scheduled. Great crew - professional, polite and cleaned up after so well ! Will be referring Comfort to all friends & family :) :)
Unfortunately a poor review. 1. September 2024. Arranged a callout to my property for an assessment to install electric wall panel heaters. Small thing, but needed a quick call to advise they were on the way - no call. 2. Carried out assessment and issued quotation. The quote was incorrect in several areas. 3. Comfort then arranged for their approved electrician to attend and quote for the installation of additional electrical circuits/power points. This quote was accepted. 4. I can’t recommend this business enough… they are superb.From the young man that came home initially and did the quote, explained everything with detail and was very patient with all my questions, to the actual installation which was done by an excellent group of young men who were super respectful, polite and even tried to fix extra things at home for me.
