Unfortunately a poor review. 1. September 2024. Arranged a callout to my property for an assessment to install electric wall panel heaters. Small thing, but needed a quick call to advise they were on the way - no call. 2. Carried out assessment and issued quotation. The quote was incorrect in several areas. 3. I can’t recommend this business enough… they are superb.From the young man that came home initially and did the quote, explained everything with detail and was very patient with all my questions, to the actual installation which was done by an excellent group of young men who were super respectful, polite and even tried to fix extra things at home for me. I can thoroughly recommend Brett and the team from Comfort Heating and Cooling. We have just built a brand new home and wanted the best solution for our new chapter. The system that the guys suggested for us is first class. We can now warm and cool our place, at the touch of a button, with various zones available. All the crew we came in contact with were lovely, professional, punctual and very clean and tidy. We seriously could not be more happy with our new system and the pricing was spot on. Great team to deal with.

Comfort Heating and Cooling replaced my gas heater and ancient air conditioner with a split system. The process was new to me and Lachlan who came to quote explained it very clearly, The team were professional, polite and pleasant. The office took care of the paperwork for the VEEC rebate so all I had to do was sign. The whole process was seamless right down to repairing the plaster and brickwork where the old systems were removed. This company abruptly cancelled our air-con installation without apology leaving us without cooling during a four day heat wave. The one star is for Lachie who quoted us and was lovely.
