Your technician did a masterful job. I was impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. Prior to leaving the church he re-checked his work and made sure that everything was cleaned up.
After arriving and taking a few readings, it was determined that my unit had a bad fan motor. Fortunately my repairman had a unit in his truck and was able to install it quickly. In less than an hour my unit was running again. The experience was very positive and my repairman was very friendly and informative. Five stars for sure!
23 year old system with mechanical ghosts that shut it down. The young tech was focused and stayed at it until he discovered a failing 23 year old 8 pin connector. He contacted other techs and resolved the issues. System has never been quieter! We are very happy!
