The techs are very good and efficient. However, a couple years ago I paid almost $1000 to have end caps installed and all ductwork repaired with the understanding I would no longer have problems with the ducts. The techs yesterday informed me my problem is insulation off of the ducks and I was charged for end caps even though the techs who did the duct told me they did not install the end caps.
