On time. Kept me up to date on when he was going to show up. Even though no repair work done yet the technician seemed very knowledgeable and was definitely respectful and trusting.
I was told I have an issue with my HVAC unit but they reset the unit only. They said they could watch the issue but was not willing to fix the issue. It was a strange service call. Hit reset for '$160+.
Called Comfort Consultant after another company with similar name failed to show up. I believe that it was Lisa who took my call and arranged for Collin to come service my failing unit the same day. Collin was very polite and professional. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by your staff. Again, thank you Collin and Lisa.
Brandon was professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with.
