The owner is EXTREMELY kind!!!! Excellent customer service! I had SO many questions and he took the time to answer each and every one of them without making me feel as if I was a bother. Mike was really just phenomenal. He was patient with our situation and helped us throughout the entire process. He was upfront and honest and was also understating of our situation. He (and I believe his son) worked hard all day. They got us back to having great airflow in our house! I could not recommend anyone better.
