I used Comfort Chimney for required dryer vent cleaning in our condo complex. First two years they were find. This last year was terrible! They tried to increase their quoted price over 30%, cancelled first time for personal reasons, cancelled the second time for rain forecast that was not predicted to later in the afternoon, and never showed up or called the third time.
