I realize that you can't please everyone, but Comfort Central certainly was a pleasure to do business with. The repair agent showed up as promised and went straight to work. I had a service request from another company last year, but they were more interested in selling me stuff than fixing my 9 year old system. I realize that all equipment over 8 years old is going to glitch from time to time, but that doesn't mean that I have to buy a new A/C every 6-8 years. AWFUL! Unprofessional and WORST A/C repair company probably in America! Do Not Use and RUN away. They will promise you you someone is on the way for a week and make untrue excuses numerous times when no one shows up. Better Business Bureau should take their license and close them down. I never write bad reviews, but your worst enemy doesn't deserve to be assigned Comfort Central! They deserve 0 stars!
I appreciated the transparency of the technician as he explained the failure and what it took to repair my system. The technician was very thorough and polite from start to finish. I highly recommend this company
I appreciated having a real service technician on board and not some goofy doom & gloom repairman AKA salesman trying to make me buy a whole new unit. I almost found out the hard way that those companies that advertise on TV with those wonderful stories aren't always in your best interest. I greatly appreciated the service and honesty that I received from Comfort Central.
When my A/C went wacky, I called the family friend who services our equipment but he did not respond. After 3 days, I found it best to reach out to someone else for help. Comfort Central was doing some A/C work at the office so I thought I'd recruit t their help. I found out that perhaps the friend didn't return my calls is because maybe just maybe he knew that he mixed my freon types. Comfort Central had to drain all the freon and add new refrigerant.
