Just purchased a used car here about an hour ago - not only was Felix incredibly responsive....but VERY patient, helpful, reasonable, honest, personable, and honestly really great altogether. He did NOT ask me to write a review but because he was so great I decided to leave one. Very different experience purchasing a car from what I have been used to (both new and used) in the past. Very highly recommend. Also want to add there is a 30 day warranty for motor and transmission which is an added plus.
