Unfortunately what started out as a trusting and professional relationship turned sour. The nurse caring for my father left and no one told me but the social worker who I thought was a professional had the time to ask me to sign new forms. It's tough enough dealing with a loved one in hospice but to not have time to call and no communication for weeks not knowing whose care taking is beyond comprehension.
