The A/C repair man thoroughly troubleshoots and fixed things instead of purchasing and replacing with new every time, unlike a good portion of the other companies in the area do. Fair pricing too. The technician was good at what he does and respects the customer. Highly recommend.
Brian was very professional, patient and thoughtful during the problem description and quoting phase. He arrived on job and performed meticulous and professional wirk every step of the way. I couldn't recommend or rate this business any higher!
My new ac system is 3 years old and has broken down at least 6 times . This guy may save you money on the front end but an average of 2 to 3 break downs a year on a new system. I got screwed .
Brian's estimate was spot on and reasonable! He was wonderful to work with, even with over 800 miles between us! He did exactly what he said he would do and when he promised. When we got to our place in Mississippi, the air didn't come on at first, so we were a little panicky. My husband called Brian and he assured us that it takes 5 minutes to reset when power is off and like magic, it turned on while they were on the phone. We are very pleased!!
Comfort by Design has my highest rating for the service I received this week.When my ac went down I received prompt and accurate diagnosis which required the complete removal and replacement of the entire system inside and outside.The removal and replacement was completed in one day.The installation was done professionally which also required rebuilding the framework for the air handler and expert help and advice required to rewire ac power to the system.
