Comfort by Design and specifically Jesse T. Promptly made service call. Hopefully issue is resolved but I’m most impressed with how thorough Jesse was with checking over the unit and taking the time to research the situation and feel confident about the fix before leaving. Excellent !
Our central air went out on the hottest day with the wildfire smoke it was going to be awful but the technicians came out immediately and installed a new unit by afternoon we were able to feel comfort.
