Prompt, helpful and professional service! Scheduling was simple, and our technician Jesse made a great first impression. We signed on to have our future HVAC checks done by Comfort by Design.
Isiah communicated well before arrival and with what he was doing with our fireplace and furnace. We received a check-list of what he had checked and he did point out that I was over-due to replace my furnace filter. We have used Comfort by Design for the past six years and have always been pleased and will continue to use their services.
We had our gas fireplace serviced by Ethan. Great work. Looking forward to being able to use it this winter without any smells!!! Ethan was a great person to work with. Very professional and very informative. Answered all questions that I had which were never provided to me when we had this installed years ago by a different company. Would definitely use Comfort by Design again.
