Very courteous and professional tech. Knowledgeable about my fireplace. Offered additional services that we are interested in but was unaware that CBD offered.
Service was done promptly. I wish I would have been informed before $387 part was installed.
I’ve have used Comfort by Design the past 5 years. They are always prompt and friendly. Sam and Mike are awesome service technicians and were very helpful. I definitely recommend Comfort by Design. Thank you for the wonderful service
My install crew was knowledgeable and worked together as a team for an efficient installation. I will use them again
Jesse was very efficient. Did the cleaning on our heating systems. Advised us on our forced air furnace, which will eventually need replacing.. Explained the costs for today and the special price deducted. Had him add us to next year's schedule.
