I've had problems arise from my do-it-myself thermostat wiring. It took several visits to get a new boiler to work with my existing "smart" thermostats. The process disconnected my A/C. When the cooling season started, I had a visit by a very competent tech. He ended up having to call the thermostat manufacturer, but he sorted out my problems. No charge.
Jacob was a very pleasant young man who took the time to explain my problem. Recommend Comfort by Design for fireplace repair.
