I am very pleased with the service I received today from Michael (K)! He was originally here to check out the bathroom fan, which he did. He mentioned the other services your company provides. Based on that, I asked him to perform a fireplace service and he had time, so that's been completed also. It looks amazing! I am under another company's service agreement, but when that is up for renewal I'm seriously considering making a switch! Your team has impressed me with communication, timeliness, and great service! Thank you.

My electrician, "Buck" arrived on time, friendly and professional. I explained my problems which the source was quickly identified and resolved. Buck could have easily danced around attempting to make the issues more than they ended up being to run up the bill, but he didn't. Reasonable invoice. Highly recommend.
The Comfort by Design team did an excellent job of installing our new generator. They arrived on time, were informative throughout the installation process and were thorough in explaining the key details to help us understand how we should expect the unit to function on a go forward basis. The coordination with Xcel energy was seamless with the power being off for a limited time and all necessary approvals signed off on by Xcel on the same day of installation.
We are so happy with the work.
