The receiving office is all the way around in the back, sign in. Ring the bell. They seem to be very adamant on appointment times when it comes to flatbed. Apparently they can only unload three a day. The dock to back into for flatbed is very tight due to there being lots of product in the parking lot in front of it, as well as a structural beam in critical space next to the dock.
