I live nearby and have been documenting ongoing safety and sanitation issues on this block for years, particularly because these businesses are located directly across from an elementary school. Over the weekend, mattresses from this business fell onto the sidewalk, completely blocking pedestrian access. This was especially dangerous given snow-covered conditions and limited sidewalk clearance.
