I’ve never had a horrible experience at a hair dresser like I did here. I came in for a trim with hair past my shoulder blades and ended up with hair barely touching my shoulders. The “trim” was uneven and some parts shorter than others. She curled the ends to not make it as noticeable. I’ve never been upset about a hair trim but this was unacceptable to the point I just paid and cried in my car. If you don’t know how to cut say you don’t. Go back to COSMETOLOGY SCHOOL and learn.
