He listened to my concerns, apologized for his colleagues, and spent over two hours inspecting the entire system to ensure everything was running properly and smoothly. Super unprofessional and rude! Long story short. I have warranty but I was told the issue was caused by homeowner’s neglect and they had to charge according to the technician’s diagnosis. Believing that, I paid. However it turned out not to be the truth and the problem was caused by the unit itself. When I pointed that out and requested a refund, they started to shift explanations and eneb lie to justify the charges. Avoid the company!
