My husband and I were delighted to make the Comfort Apartments our ‘home away from home’ for 3 nights on a recent trip to Melbourne. The location was superb for the International Flower Show nearby and access to Gertrude St via quirky Melbourne lanes was a thrill. Food options very handy and the beautiful setting and garden, due to manager Robert’s own hard work we heard, was such a relaxing sight to look out on and wander in. Very good,didn’t have internet for tv but overall very cool.
Fantastic stay at Comfort Apartments Royal Gardens! Top-floor apartment with amazing skylights, clean, and fully equipped. Great location and building. Only downsides were low shower water pressure and slightly thin walls, probably due to the building’s age. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Rooms were nice and cosy. But the bed was a bit uncomfortable for my liking and the pillows a bit too thin (This is a personal opinion). I would also like to point out that no where in the booking side of things does it say there is a fee to park there. While i understand that they need to share the spaces telling someone on check in that there is a $30 fee to park the car there when you could easily include it on the booking price is a bit steep
Very affordable and comfortable apartment. Two beds with kitchen and wash machine is very convenient for family tour. Environment is good for jogging near the garden and museum. The only pity is house keeping might be not available every day during weekdays and no house keeping during weekend, maybe more notice would be much better.
