Room 31 is in poor condition, dirty curtains, faulty internet, and lights not working. The apartment is large and has a fridge, washing machine and dryer but the condition of the rooms is a concern. I told the staff and they didn't seem particularly interested or concerned. I didn't stay in the room much during my time in Melbourne, but for the price I feel this room was very poor.

Very close to Saint Vincent’s Hospital, has a great atmosphere. More importantly, very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are well appointed. Everything you need for a quick or long stay in Melbourne close to trams and restaurants.

Our recent bad experience at comfort appartments , I was Completely shocked at the condition of our room that we booked recently, ( Photos attached ). We booked this location due to my wife needing major surgery, to say I was totally shocked of what we were offered, is an understatement when we checked in this room , it wouldn’t have passed safely standards. . We unfortunately had to seek alternative accommodation, which the property manager helped with , however no refund was offered for any inconveniences. The stress that ... read more
