Business owner asked for full payment before job was complete. I remitted close to the full amount & requested the work be completed before I paid the rest. Business owner threatened my husband and said "he would come here and they would settle it like men". One window was installed upside-down which caused a very significant leak resulting in wall an dceiling damage and significant expense. The caulk is discolored and looks awful. Trim coming apart.
The trim on my windows that they installed has separated and come apart. It looks like cardboard and paper. Othe contractors have never seen anything like it. Company never responded to my messages with pictures.
