We have been coming here since our dog was 7 weeks old. I am so happy and relieved that we chose Comfort & Care to be our Vet. We have seen every doctor here (he’s an English bulldog so visits are often lol) and not only the doctors, but the pet nurses and staff are so sweet and caring as well. Just recently our pup had to have his claw removed and the level of care he received as well as the courtesy phone call a few days later just to see how he was doing was so appreciated. Dr. Jenelle was amazing with Archie. She was cost conscious and started with antibiotics which cleared up Archie’s flu. Other vet clinics around town started with the highest cost options (blood work and xray) and were trying to make money as fast as possible. Thank you for taking care of Archie! Will definitely be back :)
I brought my dog here for the first time after moving to the area. The staff were polite, friendly, and I appreciated the warm welcome. However, I was surprised to find the same service (an injection administered by a nurse, taking under five minutes) was 64% more expensive than our previous vet in Coquitlam. When I followed up to ask about the price difference, I was told "We don't know what to tell you but that's the cost from our supplier."
