I brought my dog here for the first time after moving to the area. The staff were polite, friendly, and I appreciated the warm welcome. However, I was surprised to find the same service (an injection administered by a nurse, taking under five minutes) was 64% more expensive than our previous vet in Coquitlam. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the crew is at Comfort and Care. They genuinely care about our pets they go the extra mile by being able to speak to a pet nurse about smaller concerns and answering my many questions with care every time. My dog is a difficult case with multiple health issues and Comfort and Care keeps her healthy and happy. So grateful to have found them! I highly recommend!
I was having a hard time looking in the area for a good animal clinic for my cat, I have now been visiting this location for 2+ years and they've been amazing. In-and-out appointments for monthly/yearly exams/procedures, online booking to predate check-up appointments, and they always give precise feedback for things I could have missed or should pay attention to. The ladies there are always so nice and I couldn't think of going anywhere else!
The absolute worst experience. First off, you’re lucky if you can actually get through to these people. Phone constantly goes to voicemail. We requested an appointment to see a vet regarding the declining condition of our dog, who has been under care of a few of your vets. These vets, except for the first, have added costly blood tests, and prescriptions while diagnosing conditions over the phone.
