Try to get my AC service and this company was out of business closed down. They set up schedule for service and never came. Then a year later the ac coils started leaking. Phone was just ringing and no one ever answered it. Now it January 2024 and the heater is not working. Turns out the heating coils are not working and I have to replace them. I replaced the ac coil and now the heater coils at my expense there was no warranty filed for my new unit. I hope they went out of business. They are just scammers.

It took almost 3 weeks for Comfort Air to install a new air conditioning system & thermostat. Scheduled appointments - never showed. The indoor unit was smaller in height than the unit they removed. So, A.J. rigged a shabby "fix" rather than remove and replace with a larger unit or even order a connecting vent to reach the top duct intake. He cut cardboard and taped it to the metal at the top of the A/C unit and wedged the cardboard into the ceiling around the A/C duct. They did great on the installation 14 months ago. Compressor just went out and they are no where to be found. No answer at all on listed phone#. Their "location" has NO people at it. It may be a storage facility...not sure. To be honest, I would be leery of anyone associated with this company at all. I went by the word of a friend a year ago. I should have looked into it further. No actual business location is a pretty big give away.
