I had some issues with my second unit with condensation and heavy humidity! I called Comfort air and DrewJones Drove right out here to make sure that everything was fine for me! Living alone and being a widow I was panicking! He came at no charge went above and beyond inspected my entire house filters, etc. he ran the unit he adjusted the fan. They were able to come out right away, George and Sean got my A/C working again quickly during a hot day!
They did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing a stubborn leak that others had struggled to resolve. Thanks to their expertise, my AC is now running cold again. Throughout the process, they were prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable. The repair took place over several days, and they kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the work that was needed and providing updates on their progress. I highly recommend them.
The main coil to my HVAC failed and needed a warrantied repair. I contacted another company first, but quickly pivoted to Comfort Air when the first company showed a lack of urgency.
