I just had a new HVAC unit installed yesterday. They showed up when they said they would. They were all professional and polite. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves. They educated me on the new system. The new unit works as it should. Two people recommended Comfort Air of New Bern. I'm glad I listened! I would recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things. Always professional and knowledgeable. And they wear boot covers which can seem small, but I really appreciate it. Comfort Air has installed and serviced several units for my company. Most recently they came to my house to check on my heat. Walked in to schedule a consultation of installing a whole HVAC system, which was scheduled right then. I then went to meet Marty and get quoted for a new System in which afterwards I never received any e-mail or calls so I called to follow up . The results were a waste of time he gave me the runaround and still no quote for work request requested. They are not very professional when it comes to their customers and communication .

The several workers worked as a team. They were all so professional and friendly and skilled. They knew exactly what they were doing and hauled all the old equipment away and made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat and did it in half a day!! They were all amazing!!! I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people they hire to represent them. Thank you Comfort Air!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Comfort Air of New Bern had to come fix my heating one year and recently my Air. Both times they were very professional, very kind, helpful and reasonable. I decided to replace my 22 year old HVAC and of course I chose Comfort Air. They did not disappoint. They were so efficient and took excellent care of my home during replacement as well as excellent pricing. I'm so glad I used a hometown company, they really took care of this old single lady. Thank you Comfort Air. 10 stars.
