I had a great experience with them, they came out on a Sunday, over a long holiday weekend no less, the quote was free and thankfully it was a simple and quick repair. Their pricing was fair, great response time, and their customer service was excellent. Especially compared to some of the other companies I called, one company wanted more than the final invoice I ended up paying, just to come out and give me a quote, that felt like price gouging. 10/10 would recommend Comfort Air.
Erica and the team at comfort Air are incredible. We had to get some work done in a pinch and they not only delivered, but over delivered. They were great with their communications, timetable for getting the work done and simply, went above and beyond. I can't say enough about how great the experience was or how highly recommended the Comfort Air team is. THANK YOU !
I can't say enough good about Comfort air. Not only did they squeeze me in they also ended up installing a mini split system. Jorge was wonderful at explaining everything to me and taking away the old heater that was there and capping it all off.They got to it very fast and were very efficient. I now have a go to place that I really like for all my heating and cooling needs. Good people, good work and reasonable cost. Definitely has my business from here on out.
They are knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. The estimated 3-4 day job was done in just under 3. The quality of the work was very good.
