The entire process from scheduling a repair to communications from the tech to troubleshooting and replacement they were extremely easy to work with and very professional. I am extremely happy with the service and highly recommend them for your AC needs.
OF COURSE, my condenser (outside unit) decided to freeze up the Tuesday before Christmas eve with 18 people schedule to come. Called Comfort Air & Heat and talked to Chase. Told him my problems and he said he would have a Tech there between 12-1. the Tech Joe showed up at 12:14 and in an hour and a half had me up and running. Turned out the zone controller was not letting the blower motor kick on. We don't use the zone system anyway, so Joe bypassed it and installed a new thermostat.
