My folks recently had an air conditioning problem. We have used Comfort Air Engineering and Primo Plumbing for all of their and our maintenance needs. They sent a technician out the same day I called. (My folks are 90 and 88, so them being in a 90 degree house is not good for their health). They worked to help us get everything fixed. There’s a guy that drives a old navy blue ford that works there kinds young truck has no tailgate I was driving to work and idk if he was in a rush or what but he’s driving reckless almost hitting me driving me off the road going one way passing redlights then when approached he runs behind the company this just happened 730 in the am u need to get better people to work there that’s just not right I have him on dash cam I can send y’all the videos. I’ve been without AC for 2 weeks now in June. My AC is only 2 years old — still under warranty. I keep getting the run around. Part hasn’t come in yet— from Houston. They tried to rig it and it exploded coolant which filled up my whole house. Still no word when the part will come in. Tomorrow they are going to try another quick fix. I can’t wait!
