Apparently this business has not changed since I see the reviews from years ago are just as bad as those posted this year. My client just confided in me how rude and unprofessional this company is. The tech was rude and broke something in their house and accused them of having old fixtures. I have seen the house. There was nothing old. He clearly should never have brought heavy equipment up into an attic by himself and the damage is his fault or the company for sending him out alone. Please do not use this company,. They are unprofessional, mini no-shows, the poor quality of their work is really really bad two months I’m still had to get another company to finish the work. Beware of this company! Comfort Air out of Metairie is garbage! Robert is a liar and completely unprofessional. The home warranty assigned my A/C unit claim to them. It was a nightmare! When I tried to set up an appointment, I got no answer and no one ever returned my messages. When the home warranty intervened, he finally set up an appointment. Beware!!!! Robert is a con man and a liar. A few years ago this company installed a new A/c and furnace for us. Over the weekend our ceiling almost fell in due to a long term leak. We had Hauck come out to see what was going on. They found everything was installed half way. Instead of sealing the furnace properly they taped it.. they threw the old furnace in the corner of the attic instead of removing it, they did not change the 19 year old coil like we we’re told they would which is ultimately what caused the leak, and the ... read more
