We had a health issue that made this high heat summer dangerous to be without AC. When Steve heard of our situation he took it on full steam and didn't stop until it was fixed. He even called the next 2 days to insure we were ok. Professional and more than prompt and attentive, it was like having a family member in the business. Will always call them first from now on.
A/C stopped cooling in the 100+ degree temps and needed someone to check it out. Called Comfort Advantage at the recommendation of a colleague. Had someone out the following morning to resolve the problem. Wonderful communication and provided several options to remediate my issue with pros/cons of each.
Our HVAC system went out and it was a 86 degree day and Steve took the time after a full day of work to come fix it so my family wasn’t in the heat all night. He came at almost 7pm when I’m sure he was exhausted from his day to help us. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Every company should try to be this good.
I can't say enough good things about the customer service, that I received from Steve and his employees. They are fast and reliable. They came out and figured out the problem, ordered parts and my unit was fixed in no time. I really appreciate everything you did to get it fix. Thank you
