The young people need better customer service skills. Also, I rented a car and they tried to say I had cats in the car. They wanted an extra fee. I do not recommend them.
Horrible been waiting almost 3 weeks for my deposit back. This is my 3rd time dealing with them because of last minute never again.I don’t recommend anyone using them each time there has been a problem with the vehicle and they also use third party services. Better drive local only the last car shake when you get to 73 mph on the highway smh duck tape hanging off the bottom of the car sad
My 1st rental, it was so easy and the customer service was awesome. I want to give a shout out to Renee. She is awesome, kind and considerate. I forgot some items when I returned the rental, she brought my items back to me after she finished working that same day
