My 1st rental, it was so easy and the customer service was awesome. I want to give a shout out to Renee. She is awesome, kind and considerate. I forgot some items when I returned the rental, she brought my items back to me after she finished working that same day

They were great, and conventient and they also work with you. They also allow you to pay cash and not have a major credit card.
