I have been impressed by the professionalism at all levels. Meeting with the president is no different than meeting with the scheduler, the lead nurse or the day-to-day staff. All of them are focused on learning what we needed for our mother's care, and providing it in a timely and supportive fashion. They are upfront about what services they can provide, and how much those services cost, as well as being on top of scheduling staff in advance. John and Debbie did an excellent job pairing my mom with a companion care person who is PERFECT for her! John and Debbie listened to what I wanted for my mom and the type of person she would respond well to (she has extremely short term memory loss/dementia) and they hired the exact right person.
