John and his wife and the entire Comfor Care team are wonderful. They assisted our family for the last 3 years of my Mom's life. We started out with daily care and as my mom needed more care of the last 3 years they adjusted with our needs. The quality of people was excellent we had regular care givers but periodically there are changes due to schedule and just life, each time we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of each person Comfor Care sent us. I have been impressed by the professionalism at all levels. Meeting with the president is no different than meeting with the scheduler, the lead nurse or the day-to-day staff. All of them are focused on learning what we needed for our mother's care, and providing it in a timely and supportive fashion. They are upfront about what services they can provide, and how much those services cost, as well as being on top of scheduling staff in advance.
