ComForCare has been a big part of our families lives for almost 2 years. From taking care of my mom until her passing and then being there for my dad has been a tremendous help. Their professionalism with both my parents was outstanding. Having them gave us peace of mind. We would have continued with the service but my dad needed 24 hour care and have placed him in a home. Thank you to Vardan and his team.
I had a phone screening interview with the franchise owner. Very basic screening questions for a BDM role. Once finished he asked if I was open to a video interview, which I said yes to. Interview was booked and franchise owner no showed, no called and when I reached out to see what happened he did not respond. Very poor experience and reflects on how he must deal with internal staff. I get if some life altering thing happened but a simple call after, would be the polite thing to do.
My mom had regular caregivers from ComForCare for the last 3-4 years. She greatly appreciated the help around the house as well as the companionship. The caregivers were hardworking and friendly. In the final months of my mom's life, as her health was declining quickly, our family's caregiving needs were changing week to week to week, and even day to day. One of my dads wishes when he was still healthy was that he wanted to stay in his own home. Nine years ago my dad started to develop alzheimer's, and I hired a local Personal Support Worker company. This company did an excellent job in looking after dad, but as the alzheimer's got worse and turned into dementia, then this company recognized that they could no longer offer the care or support that he required.
